5. Family & Scheduling Disclaimer

Apps such as Your Village are organizational tools only.

Tiny Club is not responsible for:

• childcare arrangements
• caregiver conduct
• missed events or reminders
• scheduling conflicts
• calendar sync delays or failures

Users remain fully responsible for real-world decisions and arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, design, and content belonging to Tiny Club are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
